The Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe- Abdullahi, says that Governor Abdullahi Sule will take the state to the next level of development considering his giant development strides within three months in office.
Mr Balarabe -Abdullahi stated this on Tuesday while addressing newsmen in Lafia in commemoration of the governor’s 100 days in office.
He said that the governor had started his administration on a positive note, by embarking on projects that had direct bearing on the lives of the people
“His Excellency, Governor Abdullahi Sule is not only completing projects of the last administration but he has also initiated new projects with direct impact on the lives of the people of the state.
“The governor has conducted free medical outreach across the state; youths and women empowerment such as distribution of grinding and sewing machines and installation of solar power street lights.
“Construction of classroom blocks, payment of scholarship to students, re-introduction of monthly sanitation exercise and tree planting campaign to tackle environmental challenges.

“Others are 100 per cent payment of pensions and constitution of Economic Advisory Committee adherence to Local Government autonomy among others.
“With what His Excellency, Governor Abdullahi Sule has done so far and what he has planned to do, I believe that the governor will take the state to the next level of development,” he said.
The speaker assured the people of the state that the assembly would continue to support the governor to enable him to succeed for the good of all.
He called on the citizens to pray and support President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Abdullahi Sule and other leaders at all levels to succeed in the tasks ahead of them.
He re-affirmed the continued commitment of the state assembly to pass laws and resolutions that would have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the state at all times.
