The Sokoto State governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has appointed Yusuf Dingyadi as his Senior Special Assistant.
Mr Dingyadi was a former Publicity Secretary of the state chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The appointment was contained in a statement on Thursday signed by Professor Bashir Garba, Secretary to the State Government, SSG.
Other new Senior Special Assistants are: Mustapha Shehu Sokota, a former staff of the state broadcasting corporation and Abubukar Kaoje, a former management staff of the NTA.

The rest are Kabir Assada, media political analyst and publisher based in Sokoto, Muhammadu Abdullahi Sokoto and Prince Aminu Mohammed.
