President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of assistant Corp Marshal Shehu Mohammed as the new Corp Marshal and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps,FRSC.

The appointment was contained in a letter dated May 20 and signed by the secretary to the government of the Federation, SGF, George Akume.

“I am pleased to inform you that His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, has approved your appointment as Corp Marshal/Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Road Safety Commission [FRSC] in accordance with Section 7[1] of the Federal Road Safety Commission Act, 2007.

“This appointment takes effect from 20th May, 2024 and your emoluments and other conditions of service shall be as provided under “The certain political, public and hudicial office holders [salaries and allowances, etc.] [Amendment] Act, 2008.
