Tinubu commiserates with Ganduje over passing of mother-in-law

President Bola Tinubu has extended condolences to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, over the passing of his mother-in-law, Asiya Gauyama.

Mrs Gauyama died in Kano on Monday.

Mr Tinubu said in a statement by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, that the deceased would be missed for her contributions to her family and community as matriarch, guide and leader.

“The president prays for the repose of the soul of the late Hajiya Asiya Gauyama and comfort for her family,” said the statement.
