Coming back from a 21-day vacation, Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has effected what could be described as a minor cabinet reshuffle in the state executive council.

Recall that Mr Zulum had secured the approval of the State Assembly to proceed on a 21-day vacation, from April 29 to May 19.

During Mr Zulum’s absence from the seat of power, his deputy, Umar Kadafur, acted as governor for the period.
