The Founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, David Oyedepo, on Wednesday, placed a curse on the killer Fulani herdsmen, saying they would never know peace.

Mr Oyedepo placed the curse while responding to a threat letter he reportedly received from the Fulani Herdsmen identifying themselves as Fulani National Movement, FNM.

The general overseer of winners’ chapel, who read out the letter to members of his church during the ‘One night with the King’ telecast, said the herdsmen had declared war on him.

He said perpetrators of the killings and their unborn children will not see peace.

According to Mr Oyedepo, the letter clearly states that the country will have no peace.

The cleric said: “Just last night, I got this, believed to be from the Fulani Nationality Movement, saying that God has given them this land and that they have the right to live anywhere, and until the colony is established, there’ll be no rest in Nigeria.

”I heard them say that the cattle colony is the only solution to the crisis, whether the Government or State Government accept or not.

”We have asked all Fulani herdsmen all over West Africa to move to Nigeria and penetrate every corner for the upcoming Jihad.

“Where are the security agents? You mean they can’t get the herdsmen arrested? Those Fulani herdsmen and their unborn children will not see peace.”

He went on to ask some questions, while encouraging everyone to pray for Nigeria.

“How many of these killers have been brought to book since their campaign of carnage, death and destruction began?,” Mr Oyedepo asked.

“Is cattle business government business? Should farmers be killed for Fulani herdsmen to live? Should all farmers leave their farms today for the threat of Fulani herdsmen?

“If not attended to in earnest, this might evolve into a nationwide unrest worse than the ISIS devastation going on in several parts of the world.”

It would be recalled that the cleric had earlier criticized the killing of children, women and innocent people in Guma and Logo Local Government Areas of Benue state.
