As part of this year’s Democracy Day celebration, President Muhammadu Buhari will on Saturday address Nigerians in a television and radio broadcast.

According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Mr Buhari will reach out to Nigerians through the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, and Radio Nigeria from 7am.

“To commemorate Nigeria’s Democracy Day, June 12, 2021, President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 7am.

“Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast,” the statement said.
